I'm Jerry Campbell, and I'm passionate about helping business owners create more profit without feeling overwhelmed or breaking the bank, so they can build a business that supports their life, not consume it.
Small business owners are the heart and soul of America, driven by passion and determination to make a difference. But with that passion comes unique challenges that can derail even the best laid plans.
Many business owners work hard to build a steady income but struggle with unpredictable revenue. They dream of having more time and freedom but feel burned out from wearing too many hats an constantly putting out fires. They want clarity and confidence to grow, but sales and marketing challenges, along with increasing competition, hold them back. They look for simple, effective strategies but end up lost in the weeds, wasting time and energy trying to figure out what works.
That's why I started Pioneer Profit Solutions. My purpose is to help business owners break free from stress, uncertainty and confusion so they can enjoy the fruits of their labor. My passion is helping them create a clear, profitable path forward so they can run a stable, thriving business with clarity and confidence.
Over the past 30 years, my journey has taken me from cubicles to corner offices, business start ups to boardrooms, and coaching calls to keynote speeches. I started my professional career in banking and insurance, but soon moved into helping two small businesses get started and grow.
From there, I became an accredited life coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), expanding my career into coaching small business owners, salaried employees, and corporate executives. One of the most interesting experiences was launching a Corporate Toastmaster Club, serving as the initial President for 18 months and starting a hands-on training program called "Toastmasters University."
None of this would have been possible without the love and support of my wife and two boys. My wife has been my rock and refuge for over 30 years, providing the foundation for our marriage and for raising two compassionate and successful young men.
We've also been blessed to part of a wonderful church community, surrounded by people with strong faith and loving hearts. Their support and encouragement have played a huge role in both my personal and professional journey.
